Kale
È un potente antiossidante con una gran quantità di fitonutrienti e di vitamine A, C, E e K. Il Cavolo riccio (Kale) rende la vostra pelle luminosa e fresca.
I fitonutrienti sono componenti organici, che si trovano nelle piante e hanno proprietà protettive e benefiche che aiutano a mantenere la vitalità. Li troviamo nella frutta, nella verdura, negli ortaggi e nei legumi.
Tè verde
L’alta concentrazione di polifenoli, specialmente delle catechine, fanno del tè verde un potente antiossidante. I polifenoli agiscono prevenendo la formazione dei radicali liberi a livello cellulare, interrompendo, cioè, la reazione prodotta e riparando i danni che possono causare. Questa proprietà li rende una sostanza “top” contro l’invecchiamento della pelle.
Spirulina
È di moda e se lo merita! Questa alga contiene un 65% di proteine e molte vitamine: B1, B2, B3, B5, B6 e E. L’alga spirulina è un’eccellente fonte di numerosi minerali e oligoelementi essenziali tra cui il calcio, il ferro, il magnesio, il manganese, il fosforo il potassio, lo zinco... L’effetto che produce sulla pelle è quello di disintossicare e prevenirne l’invecchiamento. Rassoda i tessuti ed è ricca di iodina, perfetta per pulire e disinfettare la pelle. Tonifica, rinfresca e rilassa la pelle.
Avena
Idrata e umetta in profondità. Contiene lipidi e sostanze assorbenti d’acqua che permettono l’idratazione della pelle sin dagli strati più interni evitando, in questo modo, la disidratazione e la successiva secchezza. Il risultato è una pelle molto più liscia al tatto e sana. Equilibra il pH della pelle e, inoltre, ha effetti schiarenti permettendo così di unificare il tono della pelle e combattere le macchie.

Può essere utilizzata giorno e notte. Applicare qualche goccia su un disco di cotone e massaggiare delicatamente viso e occhi fino ad ottenere una pulizia completa e l’eliminazione di trucco e impurità.
