Delivery times

You will get your order within 48/72 hours; it is delivered by DHL, the express delivery and courier service. 

The online orders that we receive before 14:00 are prepared and dispatched on the same day and they are delivered the day after. The orders made after 14:00 are processed on the following working day, which means that it takes 24 hours to deliver them. On the weekends and public holidays, orders are processed on the following working day. (During special offers and sales, the delivery times might vary slightly).

Tracking your order

As soon as your order leaves our offices, we will send you an email that contains the consignment number so that you can track your order through the DHL website. 

Receiving orders in the chosen time period

DHL makes its deliveries on working days Monday to Friday from 09:00 to 19:00 h. 

If you would like to have your order delivered at a specific time, please send us an email to info@saladcode.shop and we will quickly pass the message on to DHL about your preferences. In this case, DHL will do its best to deliver the order at the time stated by the customer.  

European Union

  • Free Shipping 48/72 hours by DHL Express for orders of 50€ and up.
  • Shipping 48/72 hours by DHL Express: 9,99€.

USA & Canada

  • Free Shipping 48/72 hours by DHL Express for orders of 70€ and up.
  • Shipping 48/72 hours by DHL Express: 9,99€.

Rest of the word

  • Free Shipping 48/72 hours by DHL Express for orders of 90€ and up.
  • Shipping 48/72 hours by DHL Express: 15,99€.

*In countries where specific customs duties or tariffs are imposed, additional customs fees might be charged.

What happens if the order is delivered and you are not there to receive it?

The order will be sent to the address stated by the customer. If you are not at the stated address when the order is delivered, DHL will inform you about it via an SMS.

If you are not at the stated address the second time the courier service tries to deliver it, you will be sent a second SMS so that you can get in touch with the courier service and it can deliver the order as soon as possible. If for any reason DHL has still not got in touch with you, you can use the contact information supplied in the SMS. Meanwhile, the order will be kept at your local DHL office. Of course, you can also get in touch with the Salad Code team that will provide you with all the information you need, just send us an email to info@saladcode.shop

What happens if the delivery address is wrong?

Please check the address you have supplied when you make your order to make sure that the details are correct and complete. You won’t be able to change the delivery address if the order has already been dispatched. In that case, additional shipping costs would be incurred. You can get in touch with the Salad Code team to tell them about this as soon as possible by sending an email to info@saladcode.shop.

Returns

If you are not satisfied with your order, you can send it back within 15 days from when you received the products.

You can return any products and we will give you the corresponding refund. All you have to do for this is inform us by sending us an e-mail to info@saladcode.shop, stating the details needed to locate the purchase such as your name and the order number.  We will then quickly tell you how to return the products.

If you want to return products for reasons that Salad Code cannot be held responsible for, (perhaps you have changed your mind or you made a mistake when making the order...etc.), send us back the product directly in perfect condition, just as it was when it was delivered.

Once the product/products arrive at our warehouse, we will issue the corresponding refund. If you are returning the goods for reasons that Salad Code cannot be held responsible for, a refund for all the amounts paid will be issued, except for the cost of postage and packaging.  (In this case, the customer has to pay for the postage and packing involved in returning the goods). 

If the goods are returned for reasons that can be attributed to Salad Code (faulty product or the wrong product has been sent to the customer) Salad Code shall organise the collection of the products and/or exchange them for the correct ones/or pay the costs incurred in returning these products and/or exchanging them. In this case, please get in touch with our customer service team by sending them an email to info@saladcode.shop and we will tell you how to return the products free of charge in a very simple way.
